stepped out into an unusually quiet morning with the slightest of drizzles. Possibly folks were still sleeping off the celebrations of the World Cup win. the stillness enhanced by a tune being played somewhere, carried over by the wind. the notes of “kal ho na ho” wafted through.
Must be a beginner, albeit a determined one. Song seemed most appropriate as we prepare to usher in a new generation of cricketers and bid farewell to the old. Just a reminder to enjoy each moment while it lasts.
