created a prototype of an online journey that we are experimenting with. felt good to use a form creation tool for the first time. do look at jotform whenever you plan to do this. Simple tool.

as we went about, newer questions came up, solutions presented themselves with amazing clarity; i guess it helps if you broadly know at least where you are headed to. in any design journey one must be unafraid to challenge ones own assumptions, be prepared to let go of any positions that you may have entrenched yourself in and most importantly be prepared to collaborate.

There is no better feeling than spending a few hours on a non working day, hacking away at a solution, getting there and going home with a sense of mission accomplished. helps that there are no distractions of the regular workday. i have found this to be an effective methodology.
